Tommy Rolls Over at One Week!!!

Shockingly, Tommy rolled over only one week after he arrived (which was still one day before his due date!). We happened to have the camcorder rolling because it was his first tummy time ever, so we captured the miraculous moment. Enjoy!



He still hasn't repeated the feat -- though he frequently works out his arm muscles by hurling himself backward from Mommy and Daddy's chests -- but we're still pretty sure that we're dealing with a prodigy. :)

Mark initiated Tommy into the world of baseball by having him watch the Home Run Derby and All-Star Game (both in St. Louis this year) with his dad. Naturally, Mommy had to buy him appropriate attire.

Grandma Judy brought out an outfit that her mom made for her when she was a baby. It was a tad pink for our boy, but he humored his parents and grandparents by modeling it anyway. SO cute!

Grandma Judy also gave Tommy a beautifully preserved outfit that her mother made for Mark as a baby. We're trying to think of an appropriate occasion for him to wear it this winter. (Too bad his baptism will be in August in St. Louis!)
